Union Home Minister Amit Shah spoke to Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah regarding the security situation following Operation Sindoor.

 

 

Sources said Mr Shah instructed the Director General of Border Security Force to ensure all safety measures for people living in the border areas. He emphasised that the safety and security of civilians remain the government’s top priority. The Home Minister has also ordered the chiefs of paramilitary forces to call back their personnel who are on leave.
