Union Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw today said that Artificial Intelligence will power the Fifth Industrial Revolution, with a focus on societal impact, adoption, and governance.
Speaking at an event, Mr Vaishnaw said that India will host one of the world’s biggest AI summits this year, signalling the country’s rising influence in next-gen technologies.
The Minister noted that the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train will launch next year. He urged industries, students and society to be prepared for the AI revolution. Mr Vaishnaw underlined that today, every large semiconductor companies in the world are designing their most modern chips in India.
