The 69th National School Games started in Punjab, yesterday.Drawing young athletes from across the country, the games are being played at Guru Nanak Stadium in Ludhiana. The competitions will be conducted in Judo Under-14 for boys and girls, Taekwondo Under-14 for girls, and Gatka Under-19 for boys and girls.
Teams from states and Union Territories including Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Andhra Pradesh and the North East having around One Thousand sports persons, are participating in the Games which will conclude on 11th January.
